1、抽样检查（Samplinginspection）Samplinginspection,alsoknownassamplinginspection,isarandomsamplingofasmallnumberofproducts(samples)fromabatchofproducts,andthestatisticalmethodandtheorytojudgewhethertheproductisqualified.Itisdifferentwiththecomprehensivetest,isthatthelatterneedstoinspectt

2、hewholeproductsonebyone,theunqualifiedgoodspickingout,andaccordingtothesamplinginspectionoftheproductsinthesampletestresultstoinfertheentirebatchofproductquality.Iftheresultoftheinferenceisthattheproductconformstotheprespecifiedstandard,itwillbeaccepted;otherwise,itwillberejected

3、.Therefore,aftersamplinginspection,anumberofqualifiedproductsmayalsocontainsomesubstandardproducts.Samplingtestscansignificantlyreducetheworkload.Indestructivetests(suchasinspectionofthelifeoftheproduct)andbulkproducts(suchasminerals,grain)andcontinuousproducts(suchascotton,wire)

4、andothertests,alsocanonlyusesamplinginspection.Samplinginspectionisanintegralpartofstatisticalqualitymanagement.Inpracticalproblems,asamplingplanisoftendesignedtomakeithavethecharacteristicsofspotchecks.Forexample,ifthenumberofnonconformingratePqualitylevel,accordingtotheproducti

6、wprobability(lessthanorequaltothebeta)receivingthewholeproducts.Usuallycalledtheproducerrisk,betaistheusesiderisk;P0istheproducerriskquality;P1istheusesideriskquality.Inaddition,samplingplanscanalsobedesignedaccordingtootherformsofrequirements.Forexample,intheselectionsamplingsch
