3、egistrationbehaviors,thepresentregulationshavebeenformulatedaccordingtotheCompanyLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina(hereinafterreferredtoastheCompanyLaw).　　Article2Astotheestablishment,alterationorterminationoflimitedliabilitycompaniesandjointstocklimitedcompanies(

4、hereinafterreferredtoasthecompanies),theregistrationofthecompaniesshouldbetransactedaccordingtothepresentregulations.　　Astoanapplicationforcompanyregistration,theapplicantshallberesponsiblefortheauthenticityoftheapplicationdocumentsandmaterials.　　Article3Onlyaft

5、ertheregistrationatthecompanyregistrationorgansaccordingtolawandtheacquirementofaBusinessLicenseofanEnterpriseLegalPerson,canacompanyacquirethequalificationofanenterpriselegalperson.　　Acompany,whichisestablishedasofthepresentRegulationsgointoeffect,shallnotengag
