2、选取2007年1月~2009年10月,我院收治的90例足月新生儿,高胆红素组60例,对照组(正常新生儿)30例,高胆红素组治疗前、后及对照组均行股静脉穿刺采血作肝功能、心肌酶谱(CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST)及hs-CRP检测。结果高胆红素组治疗前心肌酶谱及超敏C-反应蛋白浓度与对照组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);高胆红素组治疗后心肌酶谱及超敏C反应蛋白浓度趋于正常(p>0.05);治疗前后有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症可发生心肌损害,早期心肌酶谱与超敏C-反应蛋白测定有助发现

8、产儿达80%。部分新生儿高胆红素血症可致中准,血清总胆红素≥205.2μmol/L,其中男47例,女41枢神经系统损害,产生胆红素脑病。近年来,随着胆红素生例;日龄2~28d,平均5.8±4.0d,胎龄37~41w,平均胎龄理功能及毒性的进一步研究,发现胆红素对心脏、肾脏等多38.8±0.
