4、eandwillbepresentedtothedebatersataspecifiedtime,usuallyfifteentothirtyminutespriortothedebate.Insomesituationsgeneraltopicareas(forexample“environment”or“internationalrelations”)orevenspecificmotionsthemselvesmaybeannouncedpriortothetournament.参赛队伍及辩题在IDEA议会制四队辩论
