3、0.1-2007wasconducted.All44addendaprocessedbyASHRAEinthecreationofStandard90.1-2007fromStandard90.1-2004wereevaluatedbytheU.S.DepartmentofEnergy(DOE)fortheirimpactonenergyefficiency.DOEpreliminarilydeterminedwhetherthataddendawouldhaveapositive,neutral,ornegativ

4、eimpactonoverallbuildingefficiency.TableS.1showsthenumberofpositiveandnegativechangesforeachsectionofStandard90.1.Theresultsofthetextualanalysisindicatethatthemajorityofchanges(30ofthetotalof44listed)wereneutral.Theseincludeeditorialchanges,changestoreferencest

5、andards,changestoalternativecompliancepaths,andotherchangestothetextofthestandardthatmayimprovetheusabilityofthestandard,butdonotgenerallyimproveordegradetheenergyefficiencyofbuilding.Therewere11changesthatwereevaluatedashavingapositiveimpactonenergyefficiencya
