4、atestopstheIndexfortheseventhyearinarow.TheUnitedStatesmarksitslongest-everrunatthetopoftheIndexthisyear,likelyreflectingitslargedomesticmarket,continuedeconomicexpansion,competitivetaxrates,andtechnologicalandinnovationcapabilities.Recentpolicyvolatilitymaybedi
5、minishingUSattractivenesssomewhat,though,asthescoregapbetweentheUnitedStatesandthenext-highestrankedcountrydecreasesthisyear.•Thetop10likelydestinationsforFDIthisyeararerelativelyconsistentwithlastyear’sresults.Thetop10countriesontheIndexremainunchangedfrom2018,
