1、PARTITHEFORMATOFDEBATE辩论形式1.Adebateshallbeadjudicatedbyapanelcomprisinganoddnumberofadjudicators,usually3.OneoftheseshallbedesignatedasChairpersonbytheorganizers,andwillfunctionasSpeaker.It’scompulsoryforthetutorofeachteamtoactasadjudicatorintheCompetition.每场比赛评委人数为奇数，通常是3个人，其中一位评委担任“评委主席”做口头评判。每

4、PointofInformation（POI）5.1POIsarecommentsmadebymembersdirectedatthespeechofthememberholdingthefloor;POIshouldbebrief,pertinentandpreferablywitty.Pointsoforderandpointsofpersonalprivilegeareprohibited.POI指在对方发言时，针对发言者正在申述的论点提出的本方观点。POI要简短，切题，机智。严禁针对比赛规则和个人提出问题。5.2A‘PointofInformation’mustbeindicat

5、edbyamemberofanopposingteamrisingfromhis/herseatandextendingonehandtowardsthememberholdingthefloor.AmemberofferingaPointofInformationmaydrawattentiontotheofferbysaying“onthatpointSir/Madam,”orsimilar.提出POI时要从座位上起立，将一只手指向发言的人。提问者可以用类似onthatpointSir/Madam的话引起发言者的注意。5.3Amemberholdingthefloormustresp
