1、第五章班轮运价（Linerfreightrate）CHINAOCEANFREIGHTTARIFFNO.6(1)第一节总则（Generalprinciples）一、ScopeapplicableThisTariffisapplicabletoallcargoesshippedtoandfromtheportsofthePeople’RepublicofChinaandportsintheareaswheresailingsarecoveredbythisTariff.Alltermsandconditionsprovidedhereinshouldbecons

2、ideredincorporatedwiththearticlesoftheBillofLadingandshouldbeadheredbyboththeShipandCargoInterests.二、CurrencyAllrates,additionalchargesorfeesinthisTariffareinUSD.andnett.三、Paymentoffreight1.MethodofPayment(1)Prepayable.AllfreightandotherchargesshouldbepaidbeforetheissuanceofBillofL

3、ading.(2)PayableatDestination.Allfreightandotherchargesshouldbepaidbeforedeliveryofthecargo.2.PayableincurrencyotherthanUSD.Irrespectivewhetherfreightandotherchargesareprepayableatloadingportorpayableatdestinationorpayableinathirdplace.Itshouldbeintransferablecurrency.Incase,freigh

4、tispayableatathirdplace,thecargointerestsshouldprovidethenameanddetailedaddressofthepayerinduetime.3.FreightMustBePrepaidfortheFollowingcargo(2).（下列商品运费必须预付）Deckcargo,RefrigeratedCargo,BulkOil,BulkLatex(散装胶浆),Livestock,FreshCargo,PersonalEffects,HouseholdGoodsandPerishablecargo.4.F
