1、Q/GDW国家电网公司企业标准Q/GDW248.5—2008输变电工程建设标准强制性条文实施管理规程第5部分:变电站电气工程施工2009-06-30发布2009-06-30实施国家电网公司发布44前言根据国家电网公司国家电网科[2008]928号《关于下达国家电网公司2008年度标准制修订计划(第一批)的通知》,制定本规程。本规程贯彻“强制性条文、强制性执行”的指导思想。《输变电工程建设质量强制性条文实施管理规程》是一套系列标准,用于输变电工程建设中强制性条文的执行、检查及记录。该规程由如下8部分组成:——第1部分:通则——第2部分:变电站建筑工程设计——第3部分:变电站建筑工程施工——
2、第4部分:变电站电气工程设计——第5部分:变电站电气工程施工——第6部分:输电线路工程设计——第7部分:输电线路工程施工——第8部分:输变电工程施工安全本部分是该规程中的第5部分:变电站电气工程施工。对变电站电气工程施工质量强制性条文参建各责任主体单位的执行、检查及记录做了统一规定,尽可能地避免在执行中发生偏差、遗漏和违反强制性条文的情况,有利于变电站电气工程施工水平及工程实体质量的提高。本规程由国家电网公司基建部提出。本规程由国家电网公司科技部归口。本规程由国家电网公司基建部负责解释。本部分主编单位:山西省电力建设工程质量监督中心站本部分参编单位:山西锦通工程项目管理咨询有限公司、山西
