1、金菊千里光洁美洗液辅助微波护理宫颈糜烂及围术期护理的疗效观察吴雪姣，王建国(哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医院)【摘要】目的探讨应用金菊千里光洁美洗液辅助微波护理宫颈糜烂及围术期护理的疗效。方法将160例确诊为Ⅱ一Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的患者分为观察组和对照组．观察组微波护理后辅助金菊千里光洁美洗液外用于创面，对照组仅行微波护理，均行规范的围术期护理并观察疗效结果观察组疗效好于对照组，观察组的创面脱痂时间、术后阴道排液时间及流血时间更短，感染例数更少，两组比较P<()．o5．差异具有统计意义。结论金菊千里光洁美洗液化腐生肌、祛毒消肿、抗炎镇痛的作用特点适用于围术期护理辅助微波治疗宫颈糜烂

7、treatment；Cervicalerosion；Perioperativenursing宫颈糜烂是慢性宫颈炎的一种常见病理改变，是在子宫颈损伤基础上病原体感染所致，可导致宫颈瘤样变、盆腔炎及不良妊娠结局，患病率高，影响妇女健康。微波护理宫颈糜烂是十分有效的、较理想的护理方法，但术后创面结痂愈合时间较长及阴道排液、出血等并发症难以避免。金菊千里光洁美洗液化腐生肌、祛毒消肿、抗炎镇痛的作用特点适用于围术期护理辅助微波护理宫颈糜烂，我院妇科门诊采用金菊千里光洁美洗液和精心的围术期护理辅助微波护理取得较好疗效报道如下。1资料与方法1．1临床资
