4、licabilityinpowersystems.Includeanassessmentoftherecentlydevelopedmethodscommonlycalledreliability-centeredmaintenance(RCM)whichappearmostlyheuristicbutmaycontainusefulobservationsormodels.3.Reviewthemajormaintenancepoliciespresentlypracticedinelectricutilities.4.Reviewthedataneedsofmaintenancepro

5、gramsanddiscussdatacollectionmethods.5.Discusstheinterpretationofdiagnostictests,andthewaysofdeterminingthestageofageinginwhichadeviceisfoundduringinspection.6.Describeapproachestodevelopingamaintenanceprogramwhichcouldincreasethecostandreliabilitybenefitsfromthosegainedwhenusingtraditionalpolicie
