3、tymaletabletennisplayersfromDivisionA(thirty,eliteplayer)andDivisionB(thirty,amateurplayer)performedbothlaboratorytestandsimulatedtabletennismatch.Bruceprotocolwereusedtoevaluate22theirmaximumoxygenuptake(V˙omax)andCortexMetalyzer3Bwereusedtoevaluatetheirpeakoxygenu
4、ptake(V˙o2peak)duringsimulatedtabletennismatch.Theresultsdemonstratedthat1.ThemeanVomaxforallplayerswere42.1±6.4ml/kg/min±6.4,themaximumvaluewas48.5ml/kg/min,andtheminimumvaluewas37.2ml/kg/min;2.Duringpracticesessionandsimulationmatch,groupAplayer’soxygenconsumption
5、rateduringpracticesessionandsimulatingcompetitionwere29.8±7.2ml/kg/minand36.8±13.2ml/kg/min,respectively.Therewerenodifferencesbetweenheartrateandoxygenuptakeduringpracticesessionandforehandandbackhandpractice;3.GroupBplayer’s2Vomaxduringpracticesessionandsimulating
6、competitionwere33.5±7.5ml/kg/minand35.6±18.4ml/kg/min,respectively,nodifferencesbetweenheartrateandoxygenuptakeduringpracticeorforehandandbackhandpracticesessions.4.Inthisexperimenttheplayersofoxygenabilityandgoodendurancethatwillbebetterexerciseperformance.5.During
7、practicesessionanaverageMETStobe8.51±1.0METS;thesimulationmatchMETStobe8.51±1.0METS,Itbelongstoextremelyheavydegreeofsportsestocarryontheintensityofmovementthattabletennistrainsaccordingtothisresearch.Theintensityofsimulationmatchisfiercesports,theenergythatthecompe
