2、00MW双支腿循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,基于影响因子系数分析方法,研究不同负荷下及负荷变化时入炉煤颗粒粒径、二次风出口压力与密相区压降比(p1/Δp)、省煤器出口氧量、一二次风量比和床温对飞灰含碳量的影响.结果表明:二次风出口压力与密相区压降比和一二次风量比对飞灰含碳量的影响程度较大,而省煤器出口氧量和床温(880~930℃)的影响相对较小.该研究结果可为双支腿CFB锅炉的燃烧调整提供指导.[关键词]CFB锅炉;飞灰含碳量;省煤器;氧量;一二次风量比;床温;燃烧调整[中图分类号]TK229[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002G3364(2016)07G0084
