2、。方法选用60只成年雄性SD大鼠,将大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组分别于术后1d、2d、3d、4d、5d处死;取双侧三叉神经节、脑干三叉神经脊束核、大脑皮层,应用免疫组织化学检测Integrin-αm表达情况,所获数据经方差分析和t检验。结果对照组的双侧三叉神经节、脑干三叉神经脊束核、大脑皮层区可见极少量Integrin-αm表达,正畸治疗加力后能诱导Integrin-αm在上述区域的表达,随着加力时间的延长(1~5d),其表达水平逐渐增加,与对照组相比存在显著差别(P<0.01)。结论正畸治疗加力后炎性相关因子Integ
