1、第25卷第9期2010年5月JApplClinPediatr,Vol.25No.9,May2010·656··论著·粉尘螨滴剂对螨性过敏性紫癜患儿的疗效茅松,刘光陵,高远赋,夏正坤,徐莉,樊忠民,付元凤,伏洁,任献国,何旭,陈蓉(南京军区南京总医院儿科,南京210002)摘要:目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂对螨性过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿的疗效及预后的影响。方法选择2005年10月-2007年10月在本院儿科门诊与病房治疗的2~15岁粉尘螨、屋尘螨呈阳性患儿100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组应用常规治疗(激素、维生素C、复方芦丁片、氯雷他定片);试验组在常规治疗的基础上再加用粉尘螨
2、滴剂舌下含服治疗,从低剂量起逐步递增,每天1次,治疗1a,随访1a。采用SPSS11.4软件进行统计学分析。结果对照组和试验组患儿均无脱落病例,粉尘螨滴剂干预1a后2组患儿复发次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前2组患儿血清IgE、24h尿蛋白定量及高倍镜下尿红细胞数比较差异均无统计学意义(Pa>0.05),干预后2组患儿血清IgE、24h尿蛋白定量及高倍镜下尿红细胞数比较差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂能有效减少儿童螨性HSP的复发,降低其肾脏损害的发生率,改善预后。实用儿科临床杂志,2010,25(9):656-657关键词:粉尘螨滴剂;过敏
