2、对照组，实验组采用临床常用4种漱口液：0.5%聚维酮碘溶液、0.02%醋酸氯己定溶液、复方氯己定含漱液、0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液，对照组采用生理盐水，观察4种漱口液的抑菌效果。结果在不同时间点上4种漱口液的抑菌效果均不相同，差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。实验组4种漱口液作用后的活菌数量与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；其中，实验组0.5%聚维酮碘溶液作用后的活菌数量明显低于其他3种漱口液，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论0.5%聚维酮碘溶液、0.02%醋酸氯己定溶液、复方氯己定含漱液、0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液4种漱
