1、兔耳增生性瘢痕模型的建立及动态观察1111111122胡启擂蔡晓敏娄露萍卢妮娜顾琳媛黄蓉钱丽娜相嘉慧宋跃华胡章颜(1绍兴文理学院医学院检验06级,2绍兴文理学院医学院人解教研室浙江绍兴312000)[摘要]:目的:通过兔耳瘢痕模型的制作和组织学技术,动态观察瘢痕形成的过程、瘢痕组织与正常组织的区别,探讨增生性瘢痕形成的变化规律。方法:通过损伤新西兰大耳白兔耳内侧皮肤,损伤后7天去痂;建立起增生性瘢痕的动物模型;运用常规HE染色和免疫组化技术,进行3个月的大体形态和组织病理观察。结果:兔耳损伤创面在经过早期的炎症反应和肉芽组织增生后,逐渐上皮化;在术后3O天时,形成了色红,质硬,突
2、出皮面的瘢痕;并在术后2个月内持续增生,3个月时仍维持其硬度厚度和颜色。3O天的瘢痕组织学显示:组织水肿,淋巴细胞浸润,微血管增生,成纤维细胞大量增生,排列紊乱;胶原纤维增生,排列紊乱,局部有涡状及结节状排列;网状纤维增多;弹力纤维缺失。术后2个月和3个月时,胶原束渐粗大,成纤维细胞数减少,炎症反应消失。结论:创面形成后出现红肿、结痂,约1个月后瘢痕形成,HE染色和免疫组化可见瘢痕组织真皮增厚,细胞形态改变,成纤维细胞增生明显,与瘢痕的形成密切相关。α-平滑肌肌动蛋白呈不规则分布,对瘢痕增生及挛缩有重要作用。[关键词]:增生性瘢痕;成纤维细胞;α-平滑肌肌动蛋白;动物模型中图分类
