4、：Constraint—inducedmovementtherapy(CIM，r)isanewtreatmentmodeforrestoringfunetionintheupperextremitiesofpatientswithchronicstrokeinrecentyears．ThisstudywagdesignedfoevaluatetheeffectivenessofCIMTinsubacutestrokepatientsexhibitingupperlimbhemiparesis．M凰THODS：Thifleenstrokepatientswithhemiparesi

5、swereselectedfromtheDepartmentofRehabilitationMedicine，theGeneralHospitalofChinesePLAbetweenSeptember2002andApril2005，andtheenrolledpatientsmettllefolloingcriteria：①thedurationofstrokebeforethestartofthestudywasbetween3to9months；(蓟oeingabletowalkindoorswithconstraintequipment．indicatingnomajo
