1、第50@第4期农药Vo1.50,No.42Ol1年4月AGROCHEMICALSApr.2011———●一3种氯虫苯甲酰胺剂型理化性能测试及对小菜蛾活性评价胡珍娣,陈焕瑜,李树权,李振宇,张德雍,冯夏fll广东省农业科学院植物保护研究所,广州510640;2广州有色金属研究院,广州5106211摘要:旧的】为丰富氯虫苯甲酰胺剂型种类,配制了EC、ME和SC三种剂型,测定了理化性能、生物活性和耐雨水冲刷性能。【方法】理化性能表面张力、黏着力、渗透力和润湿性分别采用圆环拉起液膜法(GB/T22237-2008)、叶片湿润法、帆布浸没法和帆布沉降法进行
2、测定;生物活性采用叶碟法测定;耐雨水冲刷性能采用人工模拟降雨法测定。【结果】配制的EC表面张力、渗透力和润湿性能优于配制的ME和SC,表现为表面张力值最小(Ec为29.18mN/m,而ME和sc分别为32.05、32.78mN/m1,渗透时间和润湿时间最短(EC分别为632、627s、ME均>3600s、SC均>3600s、,但3种剂型黏着力均为优;生物活性测定结果表明配制的ME对小菜蛾3龄幼虫活性最高(LC。值为O.02mg/L1,优于配制的SC~~IEC(LC。值分别为0.08、0.09mg/L);耐雨水性能测试表明3种剂型的耐雨水冲刷性能较
