2、iatedHospital,ChongqingMedicalUniversity,Chongqing400016,China)[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheMRIfeaturesandtheirvalueindiagnosisanddifferentialdiagnosisofintraspinaltuberculoma,metastasisandneurofibromatosis.MethodsMRIandclinicaldataof21patientswithclinically
3、provedintraspinallesionswereanalyzedretrospectively,includingintraspinaltuberculoma(n=8),metastasis(n=10)andneurofibromatosis(n=3).MRplanescanwasperformedinallpatients,whileenhancedscanwasperformedin20patients.ResultsTheintraspinaltuberculomasandmetastasesinvol
4、vedbothintraandextramedullary,locatingincervical,thoracic,andlumbarsegments,mainlyinthesubduralspace.Theintraspinalneurofibromatosesmainlylocatedinlumbarsegmentsaroundthecaudaequina,whilefewlesionswereseenonthesurfaceofcervicalandthoraciccord.Allthepatientsprese
5、ntedasmultiplenodules,carryingisointensityonT1WIandisoorslightlyhyperintensityonT2WIwithmarkedenhancementoncontrastenhancedimaging.Someintraspinaltuberculomasrevealedunclearborders,closelyconnectedwithspinalduramaterwhichobviouslythickenedandintensified,variabl
6、elamellarabnormalsignalsweredetectedwithinspinalcord,andthickenedandintensifiedcaudaequinewasfoundin5patients.Theintraspinalmetastaseswerewellcircumscribedwithnoevidenceoffusionwhenspinalduraslightlyandmoderatelyenhancementwerenoticedin8patientsandvariablelamellar
7、abnormalsignalswereseenin10patients,whilethickenedandintensifiedcaudaequinawasfoundin2patients.Theintraspinalneurofibromatoseswerewelldefined,withoutspinalduramaterorcaudaequinathickenedorenhanced,andnoabnormalsignalinspinalcordwasshowed.ConclusionCombinedwith
