3、edkeyproblemsofsmall-calibervasculargrafts,suchasvascularTCUembolismandhistocompatibility,whichobstructsthepracticaluseofsmall-calibervasculargraftsOBJECTIVE:Tocomparethebiocompatibilityandcomplianceofseveralvasculargrafts,andprobethebestmaterialforsmall-diametervasculargrafts.HW一RETRIEVALSTRA
4、TEGY:Acomputer-basedsearchwasundertakeniswww.cnki.netandMedline(www.pubmed.com)toidentifythearticlesaboutthebiocompatibilityofvasculargraft,aswellascomplianceofsmall-diametervasculargraftsbetween︸一TJanuary1985andAugust2007,withthekeywordsof"Vasculargrafts,Polyurethane,Biocompatibility"inChines
5、eandEnglish.Aftertheprimarycheck,atotalof138articleswerecollected,including32Chineseonesand106Englishones.AUaLITERATUREEVALUATION:Therewere42articlesexcludedduetounrelatedobjectivesand67articlesduetorepeatedcontents,finally29literatureswereinvolvedintheanalysis,including20onesregardinganimalex
6、periments,andin~,exvivo,cytologicaltrials,9onesregardingreviews,commentariesandlectures.W一、DATASYNTHESIS:Theidealsmall-diametervasculargraftsrequiregoodphysicalstability,mechanicalproperty,biocompatibility,anticoagulantpropertyandinfectivityresistance.Amongthem,mechanicalpropertyandbiocompatib
7、ilityhaveacrucialroleinensuringthelong-termstabilityandpatencyofvesse玩aswellasadvancevasculargrafttechnique.Polyurethaneispreferredowingtoitsbiocompatibility;whiletheundegradablepolyurethaneandexpandedpolytetrafluoroethylenearefavorable
