2、科研人员知识共享;三是研制知识管理原型系统;四是研究实现知识管理的机制;五是通过竞争情报手段对外部知识进行管理;六是为农业科研机构培养知识管理人才;七是为领导进行科研项目管理决策服务。探讨了农业科研机构知识管理的内容:一是知识的生产与创新;二是知识的获取与组织;三是知识的传播与共享;四是人力资源的管理;五是基础设施的建设与管理。为进一步加强农业科研机构知识管理研究，提出了相应的管理措施。关键词农业科研机构;知识管理;知识经济;信息技术中图分类号F303.2文献标识码A文章编号0517－6611(2010)14－07709－03TheKn
