2、行的前后正中线的中点以及中点与耳眦线平面中垂线的关系。观测岛叶的特征和近岛叶病变坐标参数。手术细致切除近岛叶病变。结果 成人头颅近似标准球形。岛叶呈倒三角形,前后正中线旁31~40mm显现。岛阈在外侧裂干的外侧耳眦线平面上(18±11)mm,过外耳道的耳眦线的垂线前(31±2)mm。岛前上点在耳眦线平面上(48±11)mm,过外耳道的耳眦线的垂线前(40±2)mm。上环岛沟后点在耳眦线平面上(55±11)mm,过外耳道的耳眦线的垂线后(13±7)mm。30例近岛叶病变,体表定位准确率达98%,能安全切
