4、highlydetailedanalysisofspecificpoliticalissues.Whatisimportantisthatithelpsthereadersunderstandhowlanguageisusedbypeoplewhowishtogainpower,peoplewhowishtoexercisepower,andpeoplewhowishtokeeppower.Onlyusingthelanguageappropriatelyandeffectively,andonlyw
5、hathasbeensaidcoincideswithwhathavebeenexpectedbythecitizensofthewholenation,canthecandidateorthepoliticalpartybeabletowinthevictoryofelectioncontest.Rhetoricalskills,inthesenseofpersuasivepublicspeaking,havebeengivenmoreimportanceintheAmericaneducation
6、system,andsoitiswiththeBritisheducationsystem.Debatingsocietiesarequitecommontobeseeninmanyschools,universitiesandcolleges,anddebatingcompetitionsarepopularwithstudents.Therefore,asasignificantskillofspeaking,debatingishelpfultocultivateourabilityofreas
