3、ithaPIDcontrollerinaclosedloopconfiguration,J.FranklinInst.,2005,acceptedforpublication]ofthemethod.Twomodificationsareproposed.Inthefirstmodificationofthemethod,theunder-determinedalgebraicequationsproblemisconvertedintoanoptimizationproblemforcalculationofthethreeparametersofthefirstorder
4、plustimedelay(FOPTD)model.Asimplemethodisgivenfortheinitialguessvaluesofthemodelparameters.Inthesecondapproach,fromthedefinitionofLaplacetransformoftheoutputresponse,athirdequationisformulated.Theresultedthreeequations,intermsofthethreeparametersofthetransferfunctionmodel,arethennumeric
5、allysolved.SimulationresultsaregivenforthesecondorderplustimedelaytransferfunctionconsideredbyCheres2005[ParameterestimationofanunstablesystemwithaPIDcontrollerinaclosedloopconfiguration,J.FranklinInst.,2005,acceptedforpublication].TheresponsesoftheidentifiedmodelswiththesamePIDcontrolle
