3、jorinmanagement,andbuildsaroundaseriesofclasssessionsorganizedtoofferanopportunityforstudentstounderstandorganizationalandmanagerialbehaviorthroughdifferenttheoreticalperspectives.Eachperspectivedrawsattentiontosignificantaspectsoftheorganizingprocess,andprovidesadistinctivemeansofund

4、erstandingandmanagingorganizationalsituations.Thiscoursewillhelpyoulearnabouthowtousetheseperspectivesastoolsforobservingandanalyzingorganizationintherealworld.Peopleoftentendtochangeandshapetheirenvironmentthroughresearchactivities.Organizationandmanagementresearchpresentsseveraladva

5、ntages:Inthefirstplace,idea,thoughtandinformationderivedfromempiricalandtheoreticalresearchmaycontributetotheimprovementofproblem-solvingactivitiessuchasproblemidentification,policydevelopment,andprogramimplementationwhile,atthesametime,helpingtoavoidunintendedconsequencesthatarealway
