2、plannedindependentrequirements,materialreservations,thedependentrequirementscreatedbyexplodingtheBOMandsoon.nIftheMRPrundeterminesshortagequantities,thesystemcreatesprocurementproposals:Purchaserequisitionsandplannedordersareelementsplannedin-house,andwhichcanbechanged,r
3、escheduledordeletedwhenandwherenecessary.nInthecaseofin-houseproduction,thesystemcreatesplannedordersfortheplanningofproductionquantities.Whenplanningiscomplete,plannnedorderscanbeconvertedintoproductionorders.Whenthisisdone,thesystemtransformstheplannedorder'sdependentr
4、equirementsintoproductionorderreservations.nInthecaseofexternalprocurement,thesystemcreateseitheraplannedorder,ordirectlycreatesapurchaserequisition,oraschedulelineforapre-existingschedulingagreementforplanningtheexternalpurchaseorderquantity.Whenplanningiscomplete,plann
5、edorderscanbeconvertedintopurchaserequisitionsand,atalaterdate,thepurchaserequisitionscanbeconvertedintopurchaseorders.nYoucontrolwhetherthesystemimmediatelycreatespurchaserequisitionsorfirstlycreatesplannedordersintheinitialscreenoftheplanningrunusingthe"creation"indica
