3、dlightintensity,whichiscalledscattered–transmitted-ratiomethod,isadoptedastheopticalparameterrepresentingthemilkfatcontentandtheproteincontent.Inthisway,theinfluenceofthefluctuationofthepowerofthelightsourceiseliminatedandtheaccuracyofdeterminationisimprovedaccordingly.Thesystem

4、weuseisreal-timeandcansatisfythechallengingrequirementsofdairyfarming.Resultsofthisstudyindicatethefeasibilityofusingthistechnologyforfreshmilkfatandproteinanalysis.Thefatcontentsandproteincontentsof50milksamplesdeterminedbythismethodwereconsistentwiththevaluesobtainedbytheref

5、erencemethodsbasedonRose-GottliebmethodandKjeldahldeterminationofNmethod.Inthispaper,theoperatingprincipleoftheinstrumentisintroducedandtheinfluenceoftheenvironmentalconditions,suchasthehomogenizationpressureandhomogenizationtemperature,etc.ontheresultofthetestisanalyzed.Throug
