1、对我国齿轮渗碳淬火技术的评述陈国民(郑州机械研究所,河南郑州450052)摘要:在现代齿轮制造过程中,硬齿面渗碳淬火已成为主导工艺。经过多年来的基础技术研究和先进技术的引进,特别是近年来的技术改造和设备更新,我国的齿轮渗碳热处理技术已经上了一个新的台阶。随着齿轮设计参数的不断提高,对热处理质量提出了更高的要求。本文从齿轮强度及热处理冶金因素的角度对目前的渗碳工艺进行了分析,并提出了提高和发展我国齿轮渗碳淬火技术的途径。关键词:渗碳淬火;齿轮中图分类号:TG162.73文献标识码:A文章编号:0254石051(2008)0
