3、opinionoftheCommitteeestablishedbyArticle13ofRegulation(EC)No1222/2009,HavingregardtoRegulation(EC)No1222/2009oftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncilof25NovemberHASADOPTEDTHISREGULATION:2009onthelabellingoftyreswithrespecttofuelefficiencyandotheressen

4、tialparameters(1),andinparticularArticle11(a)and(c)thereof,Article1AmendmenttoRegulation(EC)No1222/2009Whereas:Regulation(EC)No1222/2009isamendedasfollows:(1)Regulation(EC)No1222/2009oftheEuropean(1)AnnexI,partA:Fuelefficiencyclasses,thefirstsentence

5、isParliamentandoftheCouncilaimsatestablishingareplacedbythefollowing:frameworkfortheprovisionofharmonisedinformationontyreparametersthroughlabelling,allowingend-userstomakeaninformedchoicewhenpurchasingtyres.‘Thefuelefficiencyclassmustbedeterminedont

6、hebasisoftherollingresistancecoefficient(RRC)accordingtothe“A”to“G”scalespecifiedbelowandmeasuredinaccordance(2)TherollingresistanceoftyresdeterminestheirfueleffiwithAnnex6ofUNECERegulationNo117anditsciencygrading.Measurementofrollingresistancemustsu

7、bsequentamendmentsandalignedaccordingtothebereproducible;testsonthesametyresindifferentprocedurelaiddowninAnnexIVa.’;laboratoriesmustproducethesameresultsinordertoensureafaircomparisonbetweentyresfromdifferentsuppliers.Inaddition,agoodreproducibility
