3、ease.Therefore,aneweconomicloadramp-rateintheoptimizationprocess[2].Theheuristictech-dispatch(ELD)methodisrequiredinordertomakethebestuseoftheramp-ratecapabilityofexistinggeneratorstocopewithniquedevelopedin[3]isusefulbecauseofitssimplicityeventhedisturbancescausedbyloadsas
4、wellasbyrenewableenergythoughnotnecessarilyoptimal.References[4]and[5]usethegenerations.ThispaperproposesanewdynamicELDmethodtosimulatedannealingintheDELDproblem.Hybridalgorithmmeetthegeneralrequirementsforreal-timeuseinafuturepowerwasproposedin[6]consistingtheHopfieldneural
5、networkandsystem,whereloadfollowingcapabilityiscriticallylimited.Thequadraticprogramming(QP).Aprice-basedramp-ratemodelmethodisalsosatisfactoryfromaneconomicalpointofview,andissuitableforhigh-speedonlineapplicationduetofastandsteadyhasbeenproposedin[7]forapplicationtopowers
