1、万方数据第59卷第11期化工学报V01.59No.112008年11月JournalofChemicalIndustryandEngineering(China)November2008基于NTU的太阳能溶液集热/再生器性能分析彭冬根,张小松(东南大学能源与环境学院,江苏南京210096)摘要:太阳能溶液集热/再生器是集太阳能光热转化和溶液再生于一体的装置,它能有效实现太阳能溶液除湿蒸发冷却系统的溶液再生。通过自定义总温差(△To)和量纲1散热系数(也)两个变量,得到以传热单元数为自变量的量纲l耦合传热、传质模型,并通过与相关实验对比对模型进行
2、了验证。通过对空气和溶液入口参数变化对溶液集热再生性能影响分析,发现空气入口温度提高120C、湿度降低12g·kg~,溶液出口浓度升幅分别提高30%和70%以上;溶液入口温度提高30℃,溶液出口浓度升幅提高160%以上。对4组量纲群分析,得到传热单元数NTU、流量比ASMR、总温差△To和Lewis数k的增加都能促进溶液再生。逆流再生比顺流再生的出口浓度增幅能提高10%左右。关键词:太阳能溶液集热/再生器;总温差;量纲1散热系数;传热单元数NTU中图分类号:TK511.3文献标识码:A文章编号:0438—1157(2008)11—2875一09
