1、我国跨国企业海外投融资战略探讨摘要资金不足问题目前已成为我国跨国企业发展中最为突出的问题。融资难成为了制约跨国企业发展的“瓶颈”,而担保难又是“瓶颈”中的“瓶颈”。跨国企业普遍经营规模小,实力弱,融资风险大,同时缺乏相对完善的担保体系,金融机构从风险控制与管理的角度出发,不愿意对跨国企业进行融资,本文分析了跨国企业融资渠道现阶段主要依靠内源融资和外源融资。内源融资是企业内部挖潜,是对企业原有闲置资产的利用,并不涉及企业资金所有权、控制权的变更和转移,作为企业资金融通的一个重要渠道,有着融资费用低、效益高的优势。外源融资包括银行贷款、资本市场融资、政府融资、信用担保融资和民间融
2、资等。但在实际操作中存在着融资渠道形式少,融资渠道不畅通的问题,因此本文指出要建立以“不良资产比例、资产流动性比例、盈亏状况、资本充足率、费率变动的状况、担保风险度的变化、内控完善程度以及市场风险水平”为核心的整套风险监测、预警指标体系。下面本文就我国目前的经济状况及跨国企业的经营特点而言解决跨国企业的融资问题进行分析。关键词：跨国企业融资问题研究解决措施AbstractTheproblemoflackofcapitalhasbecomethemostprominentproblemsofthedevelopmentoftransnationalenterprisesinch
