1、我国中小企业资金困境与融资对策探析摘要纵观世界各国经济发展，中小企业在各国经济发展中都是一支不可忽视的力量，中小企业既向社会提供了大量的产品、服务和劳动就业机会，同时也促进了社会经济的发展。改革开放，特别是90年代以来，我国的私营企业取得了迅速的发展，在活跃市场经济、创造就业机会、满足社会需求等方面，发挥着越来越重要的作用。私营经济已成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，作为私营企业的中小企业自然也处于十分重要的地位。近些年来，虽然各项扶持和优惠政策已逐步出台和实施，中小企业的生存和发展环境有所改善。但是，中小企业在筹资融资和贷款担保方面的问题依然存在，这成为
2、制约中小企业快速健康发展的瓶颈。对此，我国中小企业应该借鉴国外企业融资的对策，如要尽快建立适合中国国情的中小企业法律体、加快建设金融服务中介机构、建立多层次资本市场，完善中小企业直接融资体系以及完善中小企业信用担保机制等，以此来进一步解决中小企业融资难的问题。关键词:中小企业；融资模式；借鉴Ofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisecapitalfinancingdifficultiesandcountermeasuresinthispaperAbstractOntheeconomicdevelopmentofallcountries
