1、试论我国民营企业人力资源管理的现状及对策试论我国民营企业人力资源管理的现状及对策摘要：自改革开放以来，我国民营企业取得了长足的发展，规模小但效率高的民营企业迅速成长，在我国经济中占据了重要地位。但是，随着我国市场经济的日趋完善和全球经济一体化的进程，人力资源管理问题已经越来越成为制约民营企业持续发展的瓶颈，因而，如何加强和完善民营企业人力资源管理成为我国民营企业迫切需要解决的问题。所以本文通过对大量文献进行一定的阅读，再结合网络查找了目前我国民营企业人力资源管理发展的现状，以及结合自身所学的知识，在此基础上，首先阐述了人力资源管理的相关理论知识，其次分析了民营企业和国企人力

2、资源管理的异同点，再次通过对目前我国民营人力资源管理发展现状的调查，从中找出民营企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题，并分析了其问题存在的原因，最后针对这些问题提出一些对策建议，并希望通过塑造企业文化，增强企业凝聚力、完善激励机制、储备优秀人才和明确企业人力资源管理战略规划几个方面建议的提出对我国民营企业人力资源管理的进一步发展有一定的帮助。关键词：民营企业；人力资源；问题；对策IV试论我国民营企业人力资源管理的现状及对策CurrentSituationandCountermeasuresofChina'sprivateenterprisehumanresourcemanage
