2、企业的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力进行分析评估，优化生产经营决策是目的。选取上市公司山煤国际集团为研究对象，选取2013年-2015年的财务报表数据进行分析研究。对该公司的资本结构现状、资本结构存在的问题以及如何优化资本结构进行了分析；同时也对煤炭企业会计核算的特点以及报表中负债和所有者权益各项如何列式做了详细描述。对煤炭上市公司会计核算方面存在的问题及规范会计核算方法进行了分析研究。公司规模的大小和企业债务偿还能力对资本结构的作用较大，为此提出了山煤国际公司应该增加内部积累，提高盈利能力，优化股权结构和负
