3、eraturesandformingspeedswereinvestigatedthroughtensiletesting.Deepdrawingandstretchformabilitywerealsotestedthroughlimitingdrawingratio(LDR)andlimitingdomeheight(LDH)tests.Finally,postformingmechanicalpropertytestingwasconductedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofex
4、posuretowarmformingtemperaturesonthemechanicalproperties.ResultsshowthatdeepdrawingandstretchformabilityofAA7075canbesignificantlyimprovedwhentheblankisheatedto140−220°C.Attemperatureover260°C,formabilityandpostformingmechanicalpropertiesbegintodecreasedu

8、ogiesarenotpartsofthevehiclebodyandpowertrainhavebeenwellsuitedtothehighvolumeproductionratesoftheconvertedtoaluminumsuchastheengineblockandautomotiveindustry.Oneprocessthatmaybesuitableheads,wheelsandsomebodypanels
