5、5September2007AbstractThefeasibilityofembedding40nmZnOparticlesintoporousmaterialsbyusingultrasonicanditsinfluencefactorswerestudiedinthispaper.Throughinvestigations,itisprovedthatthehighertheconcentrationofnanoparticlesuspensionis,thehighertheweightofembeddingpercentage
6、(EPW)is.However,theincreasingtrendofEPWwillminishquicklywhentheconcentrationexceeds1%.Inaddi-tion,thelongertheprocesstimeofultrasonicis,thehigherEPWis.EPWisalwayshigherwhenthedistancebetweenfilmandultrasonictransducerisk/2and3k/2,andlowerwhenthedistanceis1kand2k.For40nmZ
