2、内在机制，处于企业中枢神经系统的重要位置。企业规模越大、其重要性越显著。可以说，内部控制的健全、实施与否，是单位经营成败的关键。因此，正确的认识内部控制的作用，对于加强企业经营管理，维护财产安全，提高经济效益，具有十分重要的现实意义。本文分析了内部控制的背景意义及其国内外研究现状，并据此对内部控制的目的、方法和手段、原则及其必要性进行了分析，同时通过对金牛化工股份有限公司内部控制现状、内部控制缺陷进行一定的列式和分析，针对金牛化工股份有限公司内部控制制度的不健全以及缺乏有效的监督机制等环节上存在的不足和问题，提出构建与优化企业内部控制体系的建议和意
