3、tsofsentences.Wealsooutlineanmoney).approachforautomaticallyrevisingattributevaluegrammarsusingcounter-examples.ConstrainingthenumberofsentencesacceptedDevelopinggrammarsforNLPsystemsthatbyagrammarisessentialforreducingarebothgeneralenoughtoacceptmostmisinterpretationsofuserqueriesbyanNLPsente

4、ncesaboutadomain,butconstrainedsystem.Forinstance,forspeechunderstandingenoughtodisallowothersentencesisverysystems,ifthegrammaracceptsalargenumbertedious.Ourapproachofrevisinggrammarsofsentences,thenthelikelihoodofrecognizingautomaticallyusingcounter-examplesutteredsentencesasrandom,irrelevan

5、t,orgreatlysimplifiesthedevelopmentandundesirablesentencesisincreased.Forrevisionoftightlyconstrainedgrammars.transactionprocessingsystems,misrecognizedWehavesuccessfullyusedourtooltowordscanleadtounintendedtransactionsbeingconstrainover-generalizinggrammarsofprocessed.Aneffectiveconstrainingg
