1、工程量清单计价模式下工程造价控制的影响因素探讨摘要：新的计价模式给业主的工程造价控制思想及方法提出了新的要求。所以，针对工程量清单计价的优点，建立并形成一套切实可行的造价控制思想势在必行。本文从全过程造价控制的角度出发，对在新的计价模式下造价控制方法进行了研究，旨在为业主有效地控制造价提供参考。论文首先对工程量清单计价模式和造价控制的基础理论进行了阐述，为提出造价控制方法奠定了理论基础。然后基于我国工程造价计价模式改革的大背景下，通过对工程量清单和工程造价的基础理论的理解，分析工程量清单计价模的特点以及工程项目的各个具体阶段，来分析研究

2、与工程量清单计价相适应的招投标阶段、签订施工合同阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算阶段的工程造价控制，将工程量清单对工程造价控制的新要求贯穿到建设项目的整个过程，力图客观真实的分析问题，分析在新的计价模式下，如何有效、合理控制工程造价的管理方式。在实现招标投标阶段工程造价的合理确定与施工阶段工程造价的有效控制，以加深对工程量清单计价模式下工程造价的控制的理解。最后探讨在项目施工管理中，对工程造价的控制提出新的思路。关键字：工程量清单工程量清单计价模式工程造价控制Abstract:thenewmodeofvaluationtotheownerso
