1、摘要为深化教育体制改革，教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》，提出教师要“积极开发和利用各种课程资源”。基于当前大多数小学语文教师缺乏课程资源意识，以至于无法合理利用丰富的课程资源，本论文就这一问题进行了初步的探讨。本文共四部分。第一部分陈述本文的研究缘起、研究意义及方法等。第二部分总结开发利用课程资源的理论依据。第三部分通过在小学实习期间的观察以及与一线教师的访谈对话，笔者总结出小学语文教师课程资源意识发展存在的问题，如：教材是“圣经”，试卷是资料库；小学语文教师很少参与校本课程的开发等。并进一步对发现的问题进行原因分析。第四部分根

5、ervationduringtheinternshipinaprimaryschoolandtheinterviewwiththefrontlineteachers,theauthorsummarizesseveralproblemsintheprogressoftheawarenessofcurriculumresourcesamongChineseteachersinprimaryschools.Forexample,textbooksarethe“Bible”whiletestpapersarethedatabaseandChi
