1、摘要在21世纪我国提倡素质教育,素质教育的重点在于发展学生的思想品德。随着社会的不断发展,与以前相比较,国内外对小学德育的研究已经逐步在增长。目前,对于小学生德育培养的方法有许多,但是都是对学生直接进行道德教育,没有考虑学生的情况。积极心理学强调研究人的优点和美德,激发人积极向上的乐观心态和潜能。对于小学生而言,让他们体验积极的情绪情感,促使他们对于积极事件的感受,使他们用积极的态度与家长、教师和社会合作,有助于小学合适呢个德育的发展。因此,从积极心理学的角度分析德育,对于促进小学生德育的发展具有重要的意义。本论文采用文献法和案例分析法旨在总结小学生德育的现状、问题,并分析其
2、原因以及总结出小学德育的意义。再通过对积极心理学相关理论的研究并且提出在积极心理学的视域下如何使小学德育获得发展的策略进行叙述,为促进小学生德育发展提出可以实施的方法,这一部分是本篇论文的重点之处。关键词:积极心理学;德育;小学德育;德育策略AbstractIntwenty-firstCentury,ourcountryadvocatesqualityeducation,thefocusofqualityeducationliesinthedevelopmentofstudents'moralcharacter.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofso
