7、mondevelopment.KeyWords:dieteticcultures；ChinaandtheWest;differences;cross-culturalcommunication摘要目前，中国作为世界第二大经济体，在国际舞台上发挥着日益重要的作用。与此同时，伴随着日益频繁的经济交往，跨文化交际作为其中不可或缺的一个重要环节也逐渐显露出其特殊的作用。而在跨文化交际的过程中，饮食的交往已然成为一项关键且受人重视的活动。但由于中西方间存在着历史根源，文化起源，地域特征等多方面因素的差异。造就

8、了中西方不同的文化背景与各具特色的民族色彩。这也导致中西方的饮食文化具有鲜明的民族性与多样性。由于饮食文化的不同，中西方人在交流的过程中有时会遇到一些问题更甚是产生一些误解。本文拟从跨文化交际的角度，分析中国与西方国家在饮食观念，饮食内容，饮食方式，烹饪方法等方面存在的差异，揭示形成中西方饮食文化差异的原因，并进一步阐明在跨文化交流的过程中因饮食文化差异所需要注意的一些问题。同时表明中西饮食文化将日益融合，共同发展的趋势。关键词:饮食文化;中西方;差异;跨文化交际Cu
