3、rresearch,wehavedevelopedamonolithicinkjetprintheadformasklesslithographybasedonsiliconmicro-machiningtechnology.Thisprintheadiscomposedofalargearrayofthermalbubbleinkjetdevicesfabricatedonasinglesiliconwafer.Ahigh-resolutionvideoimagingsystemhasreco

4、rdedstablegenerationofwaterdropletsdownto3.5µm.Aupatternsassmallas8µmhavebeenformedonsiliconsubstratesbyprintingwithsuspensionsofAunano-particles.Smallerdropletdimensionsextendingtothenano-scaleissupportedbytheoreticalanalysis.Thisprintheadtechnology
