1、首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文我国商业信用发展研究姓名：周蕊申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：吴晶妹20050301内容提要建立社会信用体系是我国当前的热点也是难点问题，笔者认为企业信用是构建我国社会信用体系的根基，而商业信用的发展又直接制约着企业信用体系的完善。因此，本题着眼于如何发展我国的商业信用，重点挖掘商业信用的发展与金融服务之间的关系，并从独特的视角揭示发展商业信用对于促进我国金融结构优化的意义，希望能借此引起社会各界对发展商业信用的重视，并借助商业信用的发展促进我国金融结构的优化，提高我国金融业的国际竞争力。本题分四部分展开论述：第一部分，通过对商业信用的特性及其运

2、动舰律的论述，分析商业信用对经济增长的作用，并揭示商业信用的融资功能；第二部分，分析我国商业信用在发展中所表现出的问题，并透过这些表象深入挖掘其深层次的原因；第三部分，介绍发达国家商业信用的发展状况，并总结出商业信用与金融业互相依存、互为支撑的发展规律，揭示发展商业信用对于优化我国金融结构的意义：第四部分，从多角度提出对发展我国商业信用的若干政策建议，即以会融改革为核心，以完善金融服务为支撑，以企业自身的信用建设为基础，以政府的宏观管理为辅助，合力推进我国商业信用的发展。关键词：商业信用金融结构金融服务融资ABSTRACTToestablishthesocialcreditsyst
