2、交系F代152个家系,种植于黔中,进行了主穗重、主穗籽粒重、千粒重、籽粒长、宽和厚等数量性状基因位点(QTL)分析,共检测到16个与产量性状相关的QTL,LOD值为2.1—4.4,贡献率为7.4~39.4%。QTL在染色体上的分布分别为:1B染色体上有两个与主穗重有关;5A和7B上各有一个与主穗籽粒重有关;1A和4B上各有一个与千粒重有关;2A、3A、4B和5A上共有五个与籽粒长有关;5A和7A上三个与籽粒宽有关;5A上两个与籽粒厚有关。获得的QTL可用于分子辅助育种改良现代栽培小麦。关键词:野生二粒小麦;主穗重;主穗籽粒
