1、物流成本管理与核算模式的探讨摘要流活动必然会带来相应的物流成本，然而对物流成本的控制，我国尚未形成完整的理论方法体系，本文就物流成本的特点以及物流成本管理中存在的问题进行了阐述，并提出了物流成本控制的相应对策.成本管理在物流经营中占有重要地位，是企业对物流进行有效管理的手段。如何在激烈的市场竞争和瞬息万变的市场环境下提高物流效率、降低物流成本、获取最大利润是物流企业面临的一个重要问题。企业物流成本管理中存在的问题及对策分析企业物流成本管理中存在问题的基础上提出了改进物流成本管理的一系列方法指出应从建立物流成本核算体系和采取适当
