1、摘要目前，在中国社会主义现代化建设的背景下，我国社会治理中一直非常重视农村治理，也是中国社会治理中亟待解决的问题。党的十八大以来，在整个建设新型城镇化战略和全面建成小康社会的大背景之下，在综合改革，推动我国的治理体系以及治理能力现代化的发展总目标下，在中国城镇化制度的中的末端是新型农村社区，这已经成为解决城乡二元结构的问题、打破“三农”结构的重要出发点。然而，在农村地区，要建设一个新的社区并不仅仅只是简单的建设，在新社区的管控中治理起着非常重要的作用，它将直接影响一个社区的建设质量。文化建设、建立社
2、区服务体系、带领各种主体参与治理是至关重要的，只有实现上述内容，我们才能把社区治理好，同时为农民建设健康完美舒适的社区。本文主要分成四个主要部分：第一部分写的是与新型农村社区治理有关的概念，为研究该课题做基本铺垫；第二部分写的是我国新型农村社区治理的演变及面临的问题；第三部分描写海口演丰镇瑶城村农村社区治理的经验借鉴；第四部分总结我国新型农村社区治理的对策。关键词：新型农村；社区治理；社区公共服务 AbstractAt present, under the background of China's
