1、摘要现如今，在开展素质教育的背景下,要将我国的人力资源变成人才资源优势就必须重视广大农村人口的发展，因此农村教育的发展就变得尤为重要。改革开放以来，冠县农村小学教育有了很大的发展,体现在素质教育和九年义务教育都有了得到了很大进步和提升，但是当前的农村小学教育依旧非常很薄弱,受制于经济等原因,与城市的教育水平之间的差距逐渐拉大。近些年，冠县的农村小学教育中,反映出诸多问题,如教师队伍不健全、生源严重流失、学校管理松散并且教学结构失衡等等。这些都是制约农村小学教育发展的瓶颈。这些问题的存在将严重拖累中国教育前进的步伐。只有通过对冠县农村教育现存问题的反思,不断推进教师队伍建设，完善农村教育体制

5、msthatrestrictsthedevelopmentofruralprimaryeducation,evenmore,willseriouslyslowdownthepaceofChina'seducation.OnlythroughreflectionontheexistingproblemsinruralprimaryeducationinGuanxian,canwepromotetheconstructionofteacherscontinuously,improvetheruraleducationsystemandstrengthenthedevelopofruralpri
